Exchange Policy

1. Non-Refundable Products: All products are non-refundable. We offer exchanges only. We do not have any return & refund policy.
   
2. Exchange Policy: Products can be exchanged if you receive the wrong size or defective product.
   
3. Size Verification: Please ensure the correct fit by referring to the size chart available on each product page. Exchanges will only be granted for defective products; Please check sizes carefully before ordering as exchanges for size issues are not available for free. For size exchange extra ₹100 per product courier charges will be applied.
   
4. Exchange Conditions: Exchanges can be made only for the same product in a different size. Exchanges for different designs or products are not permitted.
   
5. Exchange Fee for Discounted Items: Products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts will incur a charge for exchanges.

Defective Product, Wrong Product Or Product Size Issues should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
